"At the age of 13 years I began with karate. Apart from karate I at that time also still played in an association football.

With a soccer game I tightened myself then a very heavy injury. Here the right seeming and wadenbein were totally depressed. With it were connected a one year's hospitalization and marrow and knee joint problems. I had to learn to run again.

After all these difficulties I began finally again with karate training. Long and hard training help me then also to first successes: Association masters, Bavarian master, rank list tournament winner, city master, international Austrian master,
vice- Europameister(Wako) are only some titles.

With 24 years I put then the examination to the 1. Dan successfully off and based my first Dojo in Baar Ebenhausen(D).

At the age of 26 years I completed the examination to second and with thirty years that to the 3. Dan.

On it I was explained briefly as the national coach of the ladies. Under my line the German lady national team became also successful. Were achieved national and international title.

Extremely successfully, and whereupon I am also particularly proud, was also my own pupils. Repeated crew and single titles, among them is also the youngest German meisterin of all times: With its title gain it was only 15 years old, won however all fights in the adult class and without weight delimitation."
